Originally from Queens, NY, now living in Harlem.

Marilyn Warshawsky is a Puerto Rican and European filmmaker who was born and raised in Queens, NY. Marilyn is primarily a Director and Producer, who also is skilled in screenplay writing and editing.  She attended SUNY Purchase, being one out of 500 applicants to get into the Film program, where she received a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Film in May of 2021. She aspires to continue to pursue her directing and producing career by working on all sorts of sets, with hopes in the future to one day own her own production company, that would specialize in horror films.

Marilyn is currently the Lead Producer at Bad Behavior, producing original social shows such as RunwayNYC, and branded short form shows for clients such as Live Nation, Julep, Bombas, Benefit Cosmetics, GREATS, and more. She formally worked as a Social Producer for Vox Creative at Vox Media, writing, directing, producing, and editing Instagram Stories, TikToks, Snapchats, and Pinterest Pins for brands such as NowThis, Thrillist, Popsugar, Seeker, The Verge, The Cut, New York Magazine, and more.
